MB Domestic are so easy to book online on a day and time that suits you. Costs are reasonable and Matt and Donna are friendly and knowledgeable people. They even gave me advice on things to try to fix the issue on my appliance before calling them out. A new part was required in the end and within 48 hours of inspection the new part was fitted and the appliance good as new. Would highly recommend!

Contacted Matt and he re-arranged his day so he could be with us the next morning. Completed the job in 20 mins for exactly the price quoted (over £20 less than other quotes I’d had), he even replaced the bulb in our oven for free (we hadn’t even noticed it had blown !) Very friendly manner on the phone and my wife said he was the same in person. She felt very comfortable letting Matt into the house on her own. Brilliant service, highly recommended.

My dishwasher broke down on a Monday morning. Matt from MB visited later the same day. He estimated cost of parts and could have fixed it but I decided to replace. He offered to install the new one within the cost of his callout charge which he did 2 days later. New dishwasher is running as I write. Service was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All was delivered as promised. I’d recommend MB without hesitation.

This chap was simply the most helpful and efficient domestic appliance repair man I have ever had the pleasure to use. Fixed Dishwasher, and small problem on the oven. Gave me advise on my Washing Machine which was playing up and as he was leaving I mentioned my fridge kept flooding at the bottom and he only fixed that too. Prices were reasonable, appointment swift and communication was good.

This chap was swift, punctual and thorough. Job was more complicated than we would have both liked, but he stuck at it, fault finding till it was sorted out. Left the place clean and tidy and charged a very reasonable fee. Thank you Matt.
